Static Site located in London

Permanent contract, Days - working hours are 08:00am - 05:00pm (Flexible) Full time

Salary is paying £44,500 rising to £49,000 depending on qualifications and experience

2. City & Guilds level 3
3. JIB Gold Card - Desired

I am working with a leading facilities maintenance firm, growing rapidly, and operating in the Building Services Industry. Operating in over 48 counties, offering great careers for progression employing over 3000 employees yearly. This maintenance company also owns and operates over 500 offices all over the UK.

We are looking to take on board a strong Mechanical Engineer to be based on a high-end building in the heart of London. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to work with the team and progress throughout the company liaising all day-to-day duties with the Site Supervisor.

1. You will be part of an 8-man team on a static site. You will be working in a critical environment so experience on UPS Systems & Generators is key.
2. You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: UPS generators, Boilers & Chillers, Lighting, PAT testing.

1. The ideal candidate is client-facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer).
2. The ideal candidate has bundles of experience leading a team and within the facilities maintenance industry.
3. Strong building services background.
4. At least three years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
