Acting as an escalation point for all new ETRM implementations and upgrades, ensuring successful project outcomes and maintaining client satisfaction for future references.

Flexi-working: This is a remote/home-based role with an average of 1 day per week in the London office.
Travel: To client sites as needed for demos, up to 1 day of travel per week depending on client location, with some demos conducted over video.
Career progression: My client is rapidly growing their European business, and this ETRM PreSales Lead Consultant will play a critical role in software sales (with the Sales Director) and become a leader in their European business expansion.
Key skills: 5 years+ (ideally more) Power & Gas ETRM functional business analysis/software implementation experience, including some SQL and configuration skills.
Previous PreSales experience, either in a formal role or assisting with demos, is beneficial but not essential.
