Remote – UK-based, with occasional travel to London & EMEA

Up to £70,000

We’re working with a fast-growing leader in the cyber security space, on the hunt for an Events Manager EMEA who lives and breathes customer experience.

This role is all about building relationships, creating memorable events, and running programmes that turn customers into champions. If you're someone who loves planning, executing, and seeing the impact of your work – this could be a good fit for you.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Own the strategy and execution of customer-facing events across EMEA.
  2. Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
  3. Identify and spotlight customer advocates for webinars, videos, panels and more.
  4. Create thoughtful programmes that engage customers from onboarding onwards.
  5. Run initiatives like advisory boards, webinars, and customer reference programmes.
  6. Work with sales and marketing teams to source reviews and testimonials.
What we’re looking for:
  1. 3+ years of customer marketing or events experience in B2B tech (cybersecurity = bonus points).
  2. Experience planning and running events across EMEA.
  3. High attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  4. Creative mindset – you’ve brought original ideas or events to life.
  5. Confident working remotely but also happy to travel for events (mainly EMEA).
  6. This is a remote role, but you should be UK-based with the ability to pop into the office a few times a month.
