This is an exciting time to join our team, and we are offering a £35,000 basic salary with an OTE of £40,000 plus a fantastic range of company benefits!

The main duties of this role are:

1. Taking responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels, exceeding the manufacturer national average.
2. Monitoring and controlling costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service.
3. Ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
4. Adhering to brand and Vertu standards daily.
5. Maintaining a safe working environment.
6. Monitoring colleague engagement to maintain high levels of satisfaction as well as driving a high performance culture.

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a successful track record in a similar role or who is looking to step up into the next level of management. You should be able to show your ability to deliver impressive results through increased performance, profitability, and operating efficiency. Strong people management skills are key as you will be responsible for driving the business forward, maximizing customer satisfaction, and managing the team to achieve business objectives.
