This role is based in London, Victoria, and offers hybrid working, with three days in the office.

The Team:
The Statutory Reporting team is part of the Group Finance team at Landsec. The team consists of two Financial Reporting Managers, reporting into the Head of Statutory Reporting, and six Financial Accountants. The team is responsible for the majority of the Group’s financial reporting activities, with particular focus on subsidiary level accounting and reporting and being the key point of contact for the wider business for subsidiary level financial control. The team work closely with internal stakeholders such as the Tax, Company Secretary and Legal teams, and external stakeholders such as the auditors and joint venture partners.
