My client is an Ealing based school, looking to recruit a Finance Manager to work closely with the Headteacher and wider school leadership team.
The role centres on managing the income and expenditure of the school, providing insightful reporting and analysis for the SLT. Key to success in this post will be setting and controlling budgets, alongside the financial management and appraisal of the procurement of services, supplies and products for the school. You’ll become the trusted advisor to the Head, helping with sound strategic financial insight on future projects, plans and investments. You’ll ensure various local authority reporting deadlines are met, managing the ESFA and HRMC statutory returns. You’ll work in close proximity with other areas of the support function to aid collaborative working and decision making and be an active participant in those areas.
