We’re looking for a Lead Service Designer to join our wider Digital Technology & Data team at Co-op on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating products and services that provide value to our members. This is a hybrid opportunity, with occasional in-person team meetings in the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at here).
As a Lead Service Designer at Co-op, you’ll help to lead and shape service design, working closely with our product teams to make sense of complex systems. If you’re experienced at aligning user experience with business objectives, this is a great chance for you to help us use digital technologies to make a real difference.
