The role
This legal 500 firm is seeking to recruit a 1-5 years PQE Banking and Finance Solicitor to join their growing offering based in Southampton, Hampshire.
Working in this Banking and Finance department offers an exceptional opportunity to collaborate closely with a team of partners renowned for their expertise in all aspects of transactional banking, including debt finance with a focus on real estate, assisting corporate finance with mergers and acquisitions, representing banks and lenders on our panels, engaging in growth and venture capital transactions, handling corporate reorganizations/restructurings, and providing debt advisory services.

Requirements

1. You will be a Banking and Finance Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE
2. You will have a good technical knowledge of the Banking and Finance practice
