Job description

Job Role: Site Consultant

Reports to: Contract Manager

Hours: Average of 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days.

Location: Tesco Goole

Salary: Up to £30k

Introduction & Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Consultant looking to take their next step and join the team at Challenge-trg. Working on site at our clients in Goole Distribution centre, you will manage the complete candidate experience from registration right through to shift allocation, ensuring we retain our quality staff. You will need to build a strong relationship with the shift leaders and the agency colleagues to meet the clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  1. Recruitment & Induction of new agency employees
  2. Attend daily meetings with the client's team managers to agree requirements.
  3. Complete shift bookings
  4. Complete payroll, holiday bookings and other admin tasks
  5. Complete floor walks to check H&S and hygiene procedures are being followed.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  1. Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.
  2. Good understanding of Excel & Word (preferred but not essential)
  3. Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships.
  4. Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
  5. Willing to learn.
  6. Flexible.
  7. Own vehicle essential.
