Job description

Lead, Strategize, and Win! Join us as Sales Director and take the reins of our dynamic sales team.

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving revenue growth and shaping the future of sales teams? We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director for UK and Ireland to take the helm of our dynamic organization and redefine success in the competitive world of automation.

As the Sales Director, you will drive new business for Element Logic, delivering both standardised and bespoke warehouse optimisation solutions. You will lead the sales team, overseeing lead generation, opportunity management, and CRM maintenance while collaborating with internal and external partners. In addition, as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape strategic direction, contribute to the Go-to-Market Plan, and support Great Place to Work initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, structure, and grow the UK & Ireland sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new business opportunities.
  • Build strong, profitable customer relationships.
  • Drive customer value and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Oversee sales projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Represent Element Logic at industry events.
  • Enhance brand presence through marketing partnerships.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field with strong technical affinity.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales within intralogistics, automation, or capital goods.
  • Experience in international corporate environments is a plus.
  • Solid technical knowledge of mechanics, electrics, and automation.
  • Proven success in customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strategic, solution-oriented leader with strong consulting skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sales and service focus.
  • Expertise in material flow, process optimisation, and project execution.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of legal frameworks and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communications skills in English.
