Our client, a leading recruitment agency in Shrewsbury, is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Commercial and Industrial sectors to join their talented team.

Position Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting top talent with exciting job opportunities across the Commercial and Industrial sectors. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and nurture strong relationships with Commercial and Industrial sector clients to fully understand their recruitment needs.
2. Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates, matching them with suitable job opportunities.
3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
4. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and foster a positive team culture.
6. Take ownership of an established desk, maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

Qualifications

Requirements

1. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Commercial and Industrial sectors.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
3. Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
6. Full UK driving licence.
7. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm working hours.
