Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Recruitment Consultant role based remotely. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for providing experienced SEN staff for schools, local authorities, and Residential Care Units.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working within SEN Recruitment - ideally within a 360 capacity.
• Consulting and Communication skills
• Interviewing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to business develop effectively
