Recruitment Consultant (Associate Director)
We are an Established Recruitment Brand operating in the Mechanical & Electrical Sector of the Construction Industry providing Permanent & Contract Recruitment Solutions.
We are currently looking for a results-oriented Full Lifecycle Recruitment Consultant to work remotely on a self-employed commission basis. Work times are obviously as flexible as you want them to be.

Recruitment Consultant (Provisions):

1. An exclusive geographical patch
2. Established Online Client Database of live contacts/telephone numbers/email addresses
3. Serviced London address and telephone number
4. Established Online Candidate Database of over 1700 quality candidates
5. Email, Back Office Support
6. Payroll
7. Advertising
8. Emailouts/texts to clients and candidates

Recruitment Consultant (Requirements):

1. A high-speed internet connection
2. Your own phone and PC/Laptop

We pay up to 65% Commission on Permanent Placements and up to 55% on Contract Placements. Based on our average fees, two Permanent placements per month will generate commissions between £75 to 100k (Paid Gross). Commissions are paid weekly. There will also be the option to buy shares after 12 months of service.
