Recruitment Consultant - Life Science

Required: Two years+ experience in Life Science Recruitment (any vertical)

Location: Remote (London office)

Exciting opportunity to join a boutique and highly profitable Life Science Recruitment firm with a track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Unearth valuable candidates in the Life Sciences field using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Assess candidate competency and suitability through meticulous screening and interviewing.
• Cultivate robust professional relationships with candidates, offering guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
• Work closely with clients to fully grasp their recruitment needs and formulate tailored strategies.
• Administer the complete recruitment process, from vacancy advertisement to offer negotiation.
• Stay informed on sector trends, market progressions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
• Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in our recruitment database.
• Consistently achieve or surpass recruitment targets.
• Ensure a first-class service experience for both candidates and clients, creating a positive recruitment journey for all.

Requirements

• Experience in Life Science Recruitment 360 is essential
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable.
• Enjoy a work-life balance with fully flexible/remote working.
• Competitive commission structure with no threshold.
• Scope to develop into a senior management role within the company if desired.
