I have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to join a large hedge fund firm. The company is seeking someone who will be innovative and comfortable leading a team independently. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be committed to the values of the business.


What you’ll do:

As an Office Manager, you will strive to provide a white-glove service for employees and always aim for continuous improvement. Other duties include:

  1. Lead the workplace experience services in London as well as supporting their EMEA locations.
  2. Oversee office operations to maintain a highly functional and efficient working environment.
  3. Work alongside internal teams such as Facilities and HR to create a culture that exemplifies company values.
  4. Coordinate external service providers ensuring they meet performance standards.
  5. Travel 4-6 times to global offices in your first year to train.
  6. Coach direct reports to ensure high-performance and development.

What you’ll need:

The successful Office Manager will be proactive, innovative, organised, and critical. Other attributes include:

  1. 4-7 years of experience in a similar Office Management position in a fast-paced office environment.
  2. Experience managing a team.
  3. Bachelor’s degree is essential.
  4. Experience within financial services, ideally within hedge funds, trading, or private equity.
  5. Be critical, strategic, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
  6. Ability to inspire colleagues to seek continuous development.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  8. Ability to prioritise demands.
