Telephone Fundraiser / Telesales Executive
Location: Nationwide
Salary: From £11.45 per hour (With a performance pay increase after 2 weeks)
Hours: 11am - 7pm Monday to Thursday and 10am - 5pm Friday.
The company is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is looking for skilled telephone fundraisers / telephone executives to join their dynamic, forward-thinking team.
The Role
Representing national charities such as The Dogs Trust and Your Hospice Lottery, you will be calling prospects in the UK, inspiring them to donate on a regular basis, providing much-needed funding for charities and building support with every conversation. This role involves following a script and using a dialler system.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Telephone Fundraising/Face to Face Fundraising
- Ability to work remotely
- PC or Mac and USB/Bluetooth headset
- Fantastic communication skills
- Target-driven and hungry for success
- Good IT literacy, with the ability to switch between CRMs
- Ability to multitask and adapt communication style to customers
- Right to work in the UK and all necessary ID in place
