Position Overview

As the IT Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's IT staffing portfolio by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to establish long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the successful placement of top IT talent to meet clients' specific requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and target new business opportunities to grow the IT staffing portfolio.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hiring managers, CTOs, and HR leaders.
  3. Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals for IT staffing solutions.
  4. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure client agreements.
  5. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
  6. Leverage various sourcing channels to identify top IT talent.
  7. Partner with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored candidate solutions.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  9. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  10. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
  11. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure successful placements and long-term client satisfaction.
  12. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on workforce planning, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements
