Clinical Operations Manager - Feasibility and Patient Recruitment - FSP - Remote

Parexel are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Operations Manager, who has in depth experience within global feasibility and patient recruitment strategies.

In this position you will act as single point of contact for assigned program and trial feasibilities. Leading the multidisciplinary feasibility teams to develop, validate and refine allocation strategy, including timelines, scenarios, and risk mitigation plans.

Some specifics about this advertised role

• Ensures data-derived and country insights support pressure testing of the operational feasibility of the clinical strategy by working closely with a broad range of team members (incl. innovation, pricing, resourcing and forecasting and vendors), and country portfolio heads / feasibility managers for program and trial-level commitments.
• Leads feasibility teams and partners closely with country feasibility managers to deliver feasibility commitments, recruitment projections and allocation strategies. Essential contributor to worldwide feasibility community.
