About The Role
As Secondary Recruitment Team Manager, you will build on Flourish Education’s already well-developed presence in the education sector. This role will manage a small existing secondary team of 2, leading on sales and business growth whilst supporting your team’s personal and professional development.

Whether you are new to recruitment or have years of experience, all new starters undertake comprehensive training to ensure they recruit “the Flourish way”. Every new starter receives a 100-day plan and is thoroughly supported through the probationary period.
Hours
Our term time hours are 7 / 7.30am – 4.30 / 5.00pm and reduced hours during school holidays 8:00am – 3:00pm.
Our office is based in Northfield with excellent local transport links so is easily commutable from most areas of Birmingham including Kings Norton, Cotteridge, Stirchley, Selly Oak, Bartley Green, Longbridge and Quinton as well as Bromsgrove and Redditch.
