An established industry player is looking for a skilled HR Manager to lead their HR team and enhance policies and processes for a workforce of 100 in the UK. This role involves overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws, and supporting the development of the HR team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Fully on site - working 3 days, Tues & Wed and 1 day is flexible.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work with the Head of HR of a global company and support the 100 staff in the UK. This is a 12 month + contract. Our client is seeking an experienced HR manager to assist with streamlining policies, processes and their benefits. You will work closely with a HR advisor and support their personal development too. Our client needs a professional HR Manager with exceptional stakeholder skills. Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and ER skills are also essential.
