Your new company: Hotel management company that works with branded and independent hotels across the UK. This will be a regional role with a presence predominantly in Blackburn. They are a very personable company with one simple value: be excellent. The role offers a hybrid working model with occasional travel to sites.

Your new role: As the HR Manager, you hold responsibility for the HR performance throughout the hotels within your cluster. Ultimately, you will be responsible for supporting and spearheading the end-to-end employee lifecycle within your region. Your role will be varied, and you will operate as a true HR Generalist, undertaking administration duties as well as being strategic and supporting the overall goals of the HR function. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams, be self-motivated and have the ability to multitask and work across several sites and multiple teams.
