Position Overview:
The HRBP Manager will play an integral role within the global People Success (HRBP) Team. This position is responsible for contributing to and implementing talent initiatives that align with the organisation's overall business and strategic objectives. The focus areas include talent management, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), performance management, employee relations, and learning and development. Additionally, this role will act as a subject matter expert (SME) on UK employee relations practices, ensuring adherence to local labour laws in the UK and other European countries where Realty Income (RIC) employs team members. The ideal candidate will adeptly balance partnering with a global client group while fostering a high-touch employee culture in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The HRBP (People Success) Manager will partner with an assigned client group on a variety of topics across the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, benefits, development, offboarding) to enable team member success. This role will also advise and partner with the broader People Success team on UK- or Europe-specific initiatives. This role may periodically communicate with all team members at the company on specific initiatives (e.g. Learning & Development, Culture initiatives). This role does not have direct reports.
