Job Description

We’re seeking an HR professional with experience of working on integration projects and M&A activity to join our HR Team in London on an 18-month FTC. Focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions, you will support the effective implementation of M&A initiatives, including medium to large acquisitions and business transformation projects, aiding in the smooth transition of employees and minimizing ER impacts.

As HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include among others:

  • Working collaboratively and commercially with the ability to influence the development and delivery of the people strategy from an M&A perspective.
  • Managing relationships and expectations effectively with the ability to pivot and find flexible solutions.
  • Supporting the effective implementation of change management initiatives, including medium to large acquisitions and business transformation projects, minimizing ER impacts.
  • Applying the company's approach to compensation; managing the compensation review and benchmarking activities for their business area.
  • Creating and contributing to policy and process development and integrating appropriate processes into newly acquired offices.
  • Designing and delivering Management Information, interpreting results to identify trends, and presenting data to senior management.
  • Working on complex change projects with the ability to find solutions and plan for a positive outcome.

Qualifications

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience in resolving complex people-related issues.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen to assess risk and opportunities for the organization.
  • Experience of working on integration projects and M&A activity within a multi-site environment.
  • Experience of TUPE, exits, and strong employment law knowledge.
  • Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong influencing skills and able to adapt style to different audiences.

Professional Qualifications and Education:

  • CIPD Qualified
