Job description

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Talent Development Manager to pioneer a market leading employee value proposition. They will be the champion of our people, supporting them to be happy, well-rounded, represented and heard. They will analyse and report on their credible and accurate people data and suite of KPI’s to partner with people managers across the business, at all levels. They will possess expert knowledge in employee wellbeing, employment law, diversity and inclusion and commercial acumen. They will partner with leaders and managers to drive a culture of high performance, through innovative projects that lead us to become an employer of choice. The HRBP will ensure consistent people processes across the organisation while minimising risk and ensuring a positive, inclusive and ethical workplace. They will champion change and innovation and always seek to create moments of WOW with and for our people. Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HR/ER Management/HRBP role
  • Experienced at HR policy creation in line with current employment law
  • Excellent business partnering skills
  • Comfortable with autonomous decision making
  • Commercial acumen essential
  • Experienced with Disciplinary & Grievance procedures
  • Experienced with employee benefits and wellbeing solutions & platforms
  • Tech Savvy
  • Experience in delivering participative classroom and online training
  • Working knowledge of people data/processing/self service systems/HRIS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • CIPD qualification/accreditation is desirable
  • A background in a service-led/multi-site/hospitality industry is desirable
  • Must be able to work independently and can motivate themself
  • Full UK driving licence and own car preferable
  • Happy and comfortable to travel and stay away from home when needed
