Vacancy: Graphic Designer – Based in Birmingham

With over 25 years’ experience, the company is the largest UK specialist supplier of British-made branded sports bottles and drinkware. Operating within the fast-paced and ever-evolving Promotional Products sector, they manufacture a range of marketing products for many of Europe’s leading brands.

About The Role

They are seeking a Graphic Designer to join their collaborative and energetic team in order to create high-impact digital and print based marketing materials for the promotional products industry. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrive on projects which demand creativity and originality. Excellent attention to detail and expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite is a must.

The role is based on-site at their production facility in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

1. Artwork and visual creation for our extensive range of Drinkware
2. Proactive presentations (branded product ranges for strategic client targeting and developing client briefs whilst remaining within client budget)
3. Artwork processing and file preparation for production
4. Creative support for marketing and digital marketing requests
5. Producing themed marketing content for website and corresponding e-shots
6. Product photography

Qualities Required

1. Creativity – Solution-driven creative thinker to enable delivery of exciting visual concepts and marketing assets.
2. Organisation – Juggling multiple projects and completing deadline-driven tasks on time. It is essential the candidate can prioritise workload and stay on top of all client requirements.
3. Communication – Excellent active listening and customer service skills. Essential to interpret and discuss ideas with clients and share this information with other members of the team.
4. Brand Policing – Adherence to existing brand guidelines.
5. IT Literate – Solid knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, and photo-editing packages, such as Photoshop.

Salary £25k-£30k per annum
