Graphic Designer

Are you a creative and driven Graphic Designer looking to elevate your career? We seek a Graphic Designer with a passion for creating compelling visual content, primarily for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of branding, marketing, and user engagement, along with a deep, expert view of core design principles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Craft visually compelling web banners, website layouts, email templates and other digital assets that align with our branding and company objectives.
2. Work efficiently within established brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to elevate the Cognisys brand.
3. Design email templates that drive engagement and align with our digital marketing goals.
4. Work with the wider Marketing team to design, develop and update campaign creative.
5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
7. Continuously refine and improve design processes for efficiency.

Requirements

1. 2+ years experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house & agency experience considered).
2. Portfolio showcasing strong graphic design skills across multiple media.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
4. Understanding of brand guidelines and how to work effectively within them.
5. Understanding of social media trends and content marketing strategies.
6. Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and their application in digital design.
7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
8. Ability to be a team player and build strong working relationships across multiple internal departments.
