Since launching in 2018, we’ve released a range of successful paper-based products—all with a strong focus on visually engaging design.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who is ambitious, passionate about design, and constantly seeking to develop their skills and grow as a designer.

This is a varied and exciting role, perfect for someone who thrives on creative ownership. One day, you might be designing detailed artwork for a new mystery game; the next, you could be crafting sleek packaging, branding assets, or promotional materials.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Designing paper-based products from concept to print-ready artwork
2. Creating packaging designs, logos, and visual identities
3. Branding new products and refining existing ones
4. Designing Kickstarter campaigns and marketing visuals
5. Creating content for our website and social media platforms
6. Collaborating with writers and other creatives to bring ideas to life

What You’ll Need

1. A standout portfolio that showcases your creativity and versatility
2. Strong skills in the Adobe Suite (Especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
3. A great eye for layout, composition, and typography
4. A love for clean, purposeful design that delivers real impact
5. Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
6. A self-starting, proactive attitude with strong time management
7. Excellent attention to detail and solid organisational skills

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

1. Skilled in other design applications, e.g. InDesign & Figma
2. Animation or video editing experience (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
3. Experience with 3D mock-ups or rendering tools (e.g. Blender)
4. An interest in tabletop games or storytelling

We’re genuinely excited about the potential for this role to grow into a long-term career within our team. To begin with, the position will be offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. If our business needs continue to expand, we hope to transition the role into a permanent, full-time position. The contract is expected to start in May 2025 (exact date TBC), with an anticipated end date in May 2026.

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be based in the UK and have the right to work here, due to legal, tax, and operational requirements.
