As a Videographer With WBAC You Will- Capture and edit diverse content from across the business and around the UK.
- Film and edit content to create engaging colleague communication and training materials across various channels including WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and Carees Site.
- Create content for training purposes that is both engaging and informative for our retail colleagues.
- Plan and deliver campaign shoots from start to finish including all aspects of video production.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, proposing new ideas to keep our brand at the forefront of content for our colleagues.
- Work closely with all departments, especially our retail team, to develop strong relationships to capture relevant business content.
- Ensure all design briefs for content are met, collaborating across departments to deliver these.
- Manage all pre and postproduction aspects from storyboarding to editing for video content that aligns with our brand and what we are all about.
- Track content metrics such as views, shares, and engagement of content created.
- Ensure all relevant camera equipment is maintained and in working order.
Requirements- A current full UK manual driving license.
- Manage multiple projects at the same time, and build strong relationships across the business.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Excellent proficiency with editing software e.g. Adobe Premiere.
- Experience creating engaging content across social media channels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with a range of camera equipment and pre/postproduction techniques.
- Strong skills in video storytelling, editing, and production.
