Saros is a small, well-established market research fieldwork company, offering a specialist participant recruitment service to qualitative market researchers and user experience testers across the UK. To manage the process of the project lifecycle on behalf of the company from start to finish, including:

We work full time, on a flexible basis and all members of the team work from their homes in the UK. We collaborate continually and work very closely together, but may only physically meet a couple of times a year. We expect the postholder to be able to provide space to accommodate their work effectively in their home, providing a quiet and professional working environment, and access to necessary utilities.
A full-time employment contract will be offered in addition to provision of IP phone, broadband services and IT equipment. You must live in the UK.
The annual salary for this position is between £26,000 and £35,000 dependent on experience. Full training will be given to the successful candidate. You will notice that industry experience is not a prerequisite - we are more interested in getting the right project management skillset and ‘fit’ for our organisation, and an appointment could potentially be made at a number of levels.
