We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team and lead recruitment efforts to find top talent in capital raising, investor relations, and financial advisory roles. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with flexible hours, where you'll collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts to find top talent in the fundraising and financial advisory sectors, including capital raisers, investor relations experts, and financial advisors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements for fundraising and financial advisory roles.

What We Seek:

• Experience in recruitment, preferably within fundraising or financial advisory sectors.
• Knowledge of the fundraising and financial advisory industries, including capital raising and investment management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
