The Role

You'll oversee the full recruitment cycle, from securing clients and sourcing candidates to onboarding contractors and ensuring compliance. A strong focus on business development will be key to expanding your network and delivering top talent.

Key Responsibilities

360° Recruitment – Source, place, and manage IT contractors.
Client & Candidate Relations – Build and maintain strong partnerships.
Business Development – Identify new opportunities and grow accounts.
Market Expertise – Stay updated on IT hiring trends and contractor rates.
Compliance & Negotiation – Manage contracts while ensuring legal adherence.

What You Need

Proven IT contract recruitment experience, including IR35 knowledge.
Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
