Location: Farnborough, GU14 6JF
Working Hours: 45 hours per week, working on the night shift. Starting at 10pm and finishing at 7am on a Monday to Friday basis, however, flexibility required to work outside of these times and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

Key Accountabilities

We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join us. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will be responsible for:

• Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full.
• Providing a high-quality service to suit customers' needs.
• Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives.
• Supervising a team of 3 operatives on the night shift.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Experience And Key Attributes

• FLT Licence and experience essential.
• IT literate with experience using MS Office.
• Experience managing, supervising, or leading a warehouse team.
• Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG.
• Manual handling experience desirable; however, full training will be provided during induction.
