45 hours per week, working on the night shift. Starting at 10pm and finishing at 7am on a Monday to Friday basis, however, flexibility required to work outside of these times and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join us. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will be responsible for:

Key Accountabilities:

1. Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full.
2. Providing a high quality service to suit customers’ needs.
3. Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives.
4. Supervising a team of 3 operatives on the night shift.
5. Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Experience and Key Attributes:

1. FLT Licence and experience essential
2. IT literate with experience using MS Office
3. Experience managing, supervising or leading a warehouse team
4. Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG
5. Manual handling experience desirable however full training will be provided during induction
