We’re hiring a Group Tax Manager to work on a hybrid basis from our London office.
The Group Tax manager reports to the Corporate Tax director to support in a variety of challenging and exciting tax areas expected within a dynamic international group.
The projects will range across the spectrum of our tax pillars, being optimisation, risk management and ensuring compliance with Group Tax Policies. This will require an ability to identify risks, recommend practical solutions, and take decisions based on experience and judgement. The role requires an ability to determine strategy but also understand the detail, to work autonomously but also recognise where internal and external input may be needed.
Specifically, the role will include Pillar 2 support for the group, M&A tax support, leading on country reorganisation projects, understanding the tax position of certain allocated countries to deal with in due course, input on supporting local country tax audits as well as involvement in year-end reporting reviews for specific countries.
