We are currently looking for a Talent Reward Manager to join our European HR Department. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing compensation, benefits programs and initiatives across Europe. This role will ensure that compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. The Talent Reward Manager will collaborate with the corporate and local HR teams, Senior Management, and other departments to implement, monitor, and assess compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
