Are you an experienced Reward Manager looking for a short-term opportunity to make an impact?

Temporary Reward Manager - 8 Week Assignment (Potential to Extend)

Pay Rate: Up to £28 per hour (dependant on experience)

Start Date: Immediate Start

Location: Coventry (potential to work from home)

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Reward Manager to join a leading organisation and support the pay and benefits function during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the Head of Pay and Benefits, with a clear focus on managing benefits administration and supporting Gender Pay Gap reporting.

Reward Manager: What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Overseeing the administration of employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all platforms.
  2. Supporting the Gender Pay Gap reporting process, ensuring compliance and accurate data reporting.
  3. Providing general support to the pay and benefits team, ensuring smooth operations during the assignment.
  4. Liaising with third-party benefit providers and assisting with queries as needed.
Reward Manager: What We're Looking For:
  1. Previous experience in a Reward or Benefits Manager role.
  2. Strong knowledge of benefits platforms and data reporting.
  3. Experience or understanding of Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  4. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  5. Ability to hit the ground running and support the team during a critical period.
