Job description

We are currently working with our client, a luxury retail brand who are looking for a Reward Manager to become part of their People & Organisation team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our compensation and benefits programmes are run effectively and aligned with company goals and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation structures and data analysis.


Duties to include:
  1. Processing compensation & benefits.
  2. Pay Grading using Willis Towers Watson methodology.
  3. End to end reward cycles (Annual reviews).
  4. Job grading.
  5. Salary benchmarking.
  6. Project management and delivery.
  7. Stakeholder Management.

Candidates will have advanced Excel skills and proven experience in compensation and benefit administration and at least 5 years' experience within reward.

This role is a full-time role that offers hybrid working. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary along with some great benefits including discretionary bonus, private healthcare, life assurance, and retail discounts. There will also be a bonus upon completion of the 12-month contract.
