Amazon has spent years building one of the world’s most efficient and optimized supply chains. Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) builds on that foundation with innovative distribution and end-to-end supply chain service for FBA sellers.

To effectively bring our service to our customers, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to perform cross-functional duties to facilitate product and program landing and execution for AGL Origin team based in China. The position will work across the AGL CN and International teams, collaborating with Sales, Product, Operation, Marketing and other cross-functional teams.

As a highly organized and task-oriented individual, you will manage communication, work backward plans and risks with stakeholder teams. This role will specify go-to-market motions, identify sales opportunities, content sources, design distribution mechanisms, build high-quality materials and tools to land and monitor sales plans for the organization. Other areas of focus include establishing compliance processes and developing insights for the voice of our customers. You will closely collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize the Field Product Roadmap.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive program/product strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  2. Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of program schedules, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.
  3. Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and BI to ensure each product launch develops and launches sales playbooks to support field execution in alignment with marketing campaigns and sales plays.
  4. Develop program-level ROI and measurement mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of each launch.
  5. Build a best practice sharing program to replicate best practices across business divisions and regions.
  6. Act as a conduit and liaison between BU Ops Leads and other teams to optimize existing enablement programs and build new initiatives to quickly address identified readiness gaps.
  7. Communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across geographies.
  8. Develop data visualization capabilities to provide insights to business leaders on performance and trends - what’s working and what’s not working.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales Ops, Business Development, Finance, Business Technology & Solutions, HR, and Legal to identify issues and design solutions.
  10. Simplify and standardize our mechanisms and tools to enable operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
  1. 3+ years of program or project management experience
  2. 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  3. 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  4. Bachelor's degree
  5. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  6. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  7. 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  8. 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  9. Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  10. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
