An enthusiastic Export Import Coordinator is required for our market leading, award winning engineering client based in the Aylesbury region, commutable from Oxford. This junior level Export Coordinator role would suit an enthusiastic supply chain professional with good export import knowledge and experience, ideally with export import or DGA qualifications certifications. My client is looking to develop a passionate export professional further with their career long term; this role would suit a sales administration professional with export experience looking to develop their career.

The ideal Export Coordinator candidate will have the following key skills and experiences:

• Export import experience - knowledge of import/export processes within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industry
• Export Import qualifications ideally - certifications, customs export qualifications, licenses, etc.
• Experience in a similar role e.g., Import export sales administrator, Export coordinator, export import clerk, Export Import Coordinator, Import Export compliance, or any role with export import responsibilities
• Good SAP, ERP systems experience or similar systems
• Strong administration experience, sales administration process, dealing with customs, export licenses
• DGA and dangerous goods transportation experience is highly desirable
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle to get to the site in Aylesbury daily and based very commutable distance

Some key responsibilities of this export administrator role are:

• Expediting shipments - worldwide imports, exports, freight forwarders for timely delivery and collection
• Import clearance control for all non-EU imports
• Raising import clearance documents and communicating with freight forwarders
• Full life cycle procurement - end to end supply chain management
• Receiving goods and services in SAP for parts & consumables
• Raising purchase orders and RFQs with suppliers for completion of customer sales orders
