Business Development Manager – FX Sales

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll be at the forefront of the sales team, identifying and closing new business opportunities in FX sales. You’ll be pitching to decision-makers, building relationships, and securing high-value deals—all while developing the skills to become a top earner in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Hunting for new business – Identify and target companies that need FX and payment solutions
  2. Pitching and closing deals – Speak directly with key decision-makers and negotiate high-value contracts
  3. Building relationships – Develop a strong client base and understand their financial needs
  4. Driving revenue growth – Hit and exceed sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  5. Staying ahead of the game – Keep up with market trends, competitors, and the latest financial innovations
