This pivotal role focuses on building strong relationships with stakeholders, guiding leaders through coaching and feedback, and managing HR processes. You'll play a crucial part in fostering a collaborative environment while supporting the company's growth through acquisitions. This forward-thinking firm values diversity and inclusion, aiming to create a thriving workplace where every voice is heard. If you're passionate about HR and want to make a real impact, this opportunity is for you!
Due to company expansion, Green Street (GS) seeks to recruit an experienced People Partner to further grow its People & Culture team based at our London office in the heart of Mayfair.
Green Street is a fast-paced, high-performance environment which is on a fast track to expand globally. With 4 acquisitions completed in the past 18 months, the London office has doubled in size, and we have gained additional offices in Utrecht in the Netherlands and Sofia in Bulgaria. We also now have presence in Canada, Australia, Germany, France and Singapore with further acquisitions planned.
This role is focused on building excellent relationships with stakeholders by providing pragmatic and clear advice in line with best practice to aid the organisation in achieving its goals. A key focus will be encouraging and fostering collaboration both cross-office and across the wider organisation. As a co-pilot to the business functions being supported, the People Partner will guide leaders with coaching and feedback to support their personal effectiveness and the broader growth and development of the team. You will lead capability and performance management processes, ensuring any issues are resolved pro-actively. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with acquisitions; onboarding and integrating new joiners to our company. Therefore, an understanding or practical experience of TUPE would be advantageous.
You will work in collaboration with the wider People & Culture team across the organisation, to drive cross-functional global projects, which will often involve working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
