You are an experienced HR leader with a collaborative approach and a passion for driving change. You are a self-motivated, challenge-driven individual who thrives on engaging and influencing senior leaders. As a strategic thinker, you’re organised, solution-oriented and apply your attention to detail, expertise and knowledge to every challenge.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders across the business to gain a deep understanding of our strategy and ensure the aligned evolution and integration of HR practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management, offering expert guidance on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Drive employee engagement and training agendas within the business.
  • Undertake and manage projects and new initiatives, where identified, including but not limited to employee engagement, recognition, leadership development, talent identification and development and organisational change.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and career development.
  • Support on the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding as well as driving growth through recruitment.
  • Stay current on recent changes in HR legislation and employer duties and implement the necessary changes.
  • Help shape the employer value proposition with other business Partners.
  • Regular delivery of key people data, with relevant insights and quarterly board reporting.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within a fast-paced HR role.
  • In depth knowledge of HR best practices and experience in drafting policies to ensure compliance.
  • Experience across all areas of the employee life cycle.
  • A strong strategic mindset and business acumen.
  • Experience within a consulting environment highly appreciated.
