An established industry player is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support their multi-disciplinary team in Chester. This role involves managing reception duties, updating patient records, and providing exceptional customer service. Please Note:
This role is part time (27.5 hours per week), fixed term until August 2025.
Working directly with our multi-disciplinary team, you will assist the administration team with daily tasks, demonstrate excellent IT and workload management skills, provide exceptional customer service skills on reception and over the phone, order and take deliveries, and show flexibility in supporting other teams and administration assistants.
