About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, working closely with sales and marketing to:

Retain and grow client relationships.
Spot new opportunities in the education sector.
Showcase and sell our cutting-edge software and services.
Attend conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent SBS.

You'll enjoy the flexibility of home working, with travel to London and client sites when needed.

About You
You're a people person - confident, calm, and resilient. You thrive in a consultative sales environment and excel at building long-term relationships. Ideally, you bring:

Experience in account management or consultative sales.
A knack for hitting (and exceeding!) sales targets.
Understanding of the education/school finance sector or a hunger to learn quickly.
A proactive approach to business development and client retention.

What We Offer

Salary: £28-30k + uncapped commission (your ambition sets the limit!).
Benefits: including pension, healthcare schemes, 28 days annual leave which increases with service to a maximum of 33 days annual leave (excludes Bank holidays)
