GIORGIO ARMANI - HARRODS - CLIENT ADVISOR

Role Overview: As a full-time Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will represent the company and our products, working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed product knowledge, offer solutions that meet or exceed their expectations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Be aware of personal targets, including KPIs, and support the management team in achieving department and store targets using company tools such as staff training, product knowledge, and daily floor planner.
  2. Understand and apply the training provided via the company Logbook and maximize sales by greeting clients and introducing additional and alternative sales.
  3. Create and maintain an environment in the store conducive to generating sales and maintaining high energy levels.
  4. Cultivate and maintain client relationships to drive and deliver sales and increase client retention.
  5. Actively participate in any training sessions and undertake any training proposed by the company, whether internal or external.
  6. Acquire visual merchandising and display knowledge and assist in display activities when required to maintain high store standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Enthusiastic and personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  6. Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly.
  7. Numerical ability and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
