Head of Customer Service
We’re looking for someone to join us as Head of Customer Service (one man team) at ByErim!
The ideal candidate:
- Must have extensive experience using Gorgias
- Will be liaising with DHL and Royal Mail
- Must have experience handling claims with DHL & Royal Mail
- Must be based in the UK (ideally London)
- Recommended to have customer service experience in the beauty field
- Polite, understanding, and has a friendly tone of voice
- Able to work with the team (socials, COO, logistics) to ensure cohesive and up to date information is being shared across
- Experienced with Shopify
- Ability to think critically
- Friendly
- Fast communication
- Fluent in English (reading and writing)
This role is 2 hours per week on a freelance, part-time basis and remote at a £15ph rate.
