Head of Customer Service

We’re looking for someone to join us as Head of Customer Service (one man team) at ByErim!

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have extensive experience using Gorgias
  • Will be liaising with DHL and Royal Mail
  • Must have experience handling claims with DHL & Royal Mail
  • Must be based in the UK (ideally London)
  • Recommended to have customer service experience in the beauty field
  • Polite, understanding, and has a friendly tone of voice
  • Able to work with the team (socials, COO, logistics) to ensure cohesive and up to date information is being shared across
  • Experienced with Shopify
  • Ability to think critically
  • Friendly
  • Fast communication
  • Fluent in English (reading and writing)

This role is 2 hours per week on a freelance, part-time basis and remote at a £15ph rate.
