Internal Recruiter – French Speaking
Luxury Skincare Brand | London (Liverpool Street) | Full-Time Onsite
Salary – £50k plus bonus

I am seeking a French-speaking Internal Recruiter to play a key role in my clients ambitious growth plans across Europe, with a strong focus on France. Based in their vibrant Liverpool Street office in London, this full-time onsite role includes frequent travel to Paris and the opportunity to make a strategic impact on their workforce planning and recruitment processes.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent aligned with their brand ethos and growth goals.
Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders to anticipate hiring needs, develop workforce plans, and support business growth across Europe, particularly France.
European Expansion: Take the lead on talent acquisition as they scale their operations in France and beyond.
Travel to Paris: Regularly visit the Paris office to collaborate with stakeholders, understand local market needs, and strengthen cross-border relationships.
Candidate Experience: Create a seamless, high-touch recruitment experience for candidates, reflecting the luxury and care the brand is known for.

What I am looking For:

Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Experience: Proven track record in internal recruitment, ideally within luxury, retail, or skincare industries.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently to Paris and adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment.
