Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for following the recruiting process to identify both consultant and full time candidates. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be creating and building internal client relationships while upholding Company Missions and Values will be critical to success.

Essential Functions Include:

  1. Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.
  2. Meet with managers and Operations Planner to develop specific recruiting plans.
  3. Identify candidates to be considered for contract or employment openings through career fairs, Internet databases, recruiting firms, professional networking, and newspaper (both local and national) advertising.
  4. Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.
  5. Schedule interviews.
  6. Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
  7. Create, establish, and maintain a consistent, competitive pool of candidates for hiring need consideration at all times.
  8. Maintain resume tracking database.
  9. Foster relationships and correspond with job applicants to notify them of opportunities.
  10. Conduct reference and background checks.
  11. Maintain records on recruiting activities as required.
  12. Ensure the recruiting/hiring process for both contract and permanent hires is structured, efficient, and fits within the guidelines of the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); train management staff on process when needed.
  13. Assist in the creation, establishment and maintenance of job descriptions for all permanent full-time and part-time employees.
  14. Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with management staff, contract staff, permanent hires, clients and customers.
  15. Working knowledge of applicant tracking database, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of ACT, VISIO, and PowerPoint desired.
  16. Initiative, creativity and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  17. Ability to write, type, express or exchange ideas of a technical nature.
  18. Convey information/instructions accurately; receive detailed information through oral or written forms and translate those instructions into physical execution of tasks.
  19. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have:

  1. 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of education requirement.
  2. Minimum one-year experience of technical recruiting experience.
  3. An understanding of the fields of validation, compliance and technical services as they relate to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device industries.
  4. Working knowledge of applicant tracking database, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of ACT, VISIO, and PowerPoint desired.
  5. Initiative, creativity and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to write, type, express or exchange ideas of a technical nature.
  7. Convey information/instructions accurately; receive detailed information through oral or written forms and translate those instructions into physical execution of tasks.
