Their specialization lies in crafting high-end skincare and haircare products tailored to seamlessly align with your brand.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Cultivation: Build enduring client relationships by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our offerings, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  3. Be prepared to visit clients within the UK to promote the goods and services of our client.
  4. Accountability for achieving the new business sales target for the business.
  5. Working closely with our internal sales teams (NPD, technical) and proactively drive forward our projects.
  6. Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales tactics to surpass sales targets, including devising sales plans and maintaining accurate sales records.
  7. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations via phone and video calls to secure sales and follow up with clients.
  8. Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify fresh opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  9. Sales Generation: Actively seek new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals.
  10. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall company growth.
  11. Upkeep and recording enquiries through our CRM system.
  12. Attend weekly sales meetings.
Experience Required:
  1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce software or similar CRM tools.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  6. Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  7. Chemical or Industry experience preferred, Beauty, cosmetics, hand creams experience all ideal.
