Location: City of London (5 days in office)

Overview

A dynamic, fast-growing company is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Senior Executive to join their team. You’ll play a key role in managing trading platforms, supporting clients, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support trading platforms (MT4/5, PrimeXM, YourBourse, and proprietary systems).
• Work with senior management to drive operational excellence and ensure smooth trade operations.
• Lead a team, providing coaching, training, and mentoring.
• Support clients through the technical onboarding process and resolve complex trading issues.
• Conduct trade investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory protocols.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in margin FX and digital assets.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with trading platforms (MT4/5, PrimeXM, YourBourse).
• Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
